Design Story

The focal panel is a circular crest carrying the familiar red and blue roundel, ringed by a band of jewel-like accents and framed in a diamond of gold linework. Laurel branches curve up either side. Above it, a banner reads CHICAGO CUBS in engraved-style capitals. Below, a stylized Chicago skyline is drawn in fine gold outline, dissolving into vertical pinstripes that run the height of the surface. A lower badge carries award-style wording, three years, and a decorative 1876 medallion. Deep black, antique gold, oxblood red and small blue and pearl-toned points of light. Layered, symmetrical, and unmistakably Art Deco in its geometry.

Use & Experience

The vertical pinstripes follow the tumbler's proportions, so the graphic reads as one continuous wrap rather than a sticker on a curve. The crest sits at the front-facing focal area, roughly at eye level when held, while the skyline band anchors the lower third and keeps the composition weighted. The handle side stays clear, leaving the emblem uninterrupted. On a counter or in hand, it holds presence without shouting.
