Some drinkware graphics decorate. This one is constructed. The wrap reads like a pressed commemorative plaque, built in tiers rather than scattered across the surface.
Design Story
The focal panel centers a circular crest: pale sky-blue ring, white core, and a bold red monogram with a six-pointed star cut into it. Above it, a red banner carries CHICAGO FIRE in relief-style silver lettering. Below, a badge-style EST. 1997 plate, a second red ribbon reading CHICAGO, and a slim blue bar with TRADITION. HONOR. PASSION. The base fades into an engraved-looking skyline with a single red star. Navy carries the field, silver filigree and small stars fill the negative space, and everything reads as sculpted metallic-look ornament rather than flat print. The palette is disciplined: navy, sky blue, red, silver. Nothing competes.
Use & Experience
Vertical hierarchy does the work here. The crest sits at chest height on the tumbler, the largest visual anchor, while the type stacks downward in decreasing scale so the wrap stays legible from across a room. The skyline anchors the lower edge, giving the silhouette a visual base, and the ornamental borders frame the composition cleanly against the handle side. Loud enough to be a statement piece, structured enough to sit on a desk without shouting.
