Design Story

At distance the eye lands on one thing: the navy medallion carrying the DEN horse head in white and orange, ringed by clear jewel-like stones. Everything else is deliberately subordinate. Medium range reveals the structure — scrolling silver-toned filigree, orange and blue stone borders, and a chevron of white and orange bands that sweeps upward from the base like a stylised uniform stripe. Close in, the surface breaks into fine detail: faceted teardrop and round accents, beaded outlines, a leather-like matte navy field that absorbs light where the ornament reflects it. The composition is maximalist but disciplined. Symmetry keeps the ornament from becoming noise, and the flat navy centre works as negative space, giving the emblem room to breathe.

Use & Experience

The vertical proportion of the tumbler suits this hierarchy. The medallion sits at the natural eye line, banded ornament reads as a crown near the lid and a footer near the base, and the chevron guides the eye downward. Beside a visible handle, the decorated face stays the front-facing anchor. Carry presence is high — a statement object rather than a quiet one.
