Design Story

The composition centers on a gold-line figure with spiked hair and a belted gi, drawn as contour only, no facial detail. Behind it sits a broken halo ring that reads instantly at arm's length. Rising aura strokes fan outward like calligraphy, while the torso opens into a violet and blue nebula wash — the only cool break in an otherwise gold-on-midnight scheme. Slim vertical markers run above and below the figure, and small type reads COLLECTOR EDITION with the decorative Roman date MMXXVI beneath a star mark, edition-style wording used purely as ornament.

Use & Experience

The artwork sits as a tall focal panel on the front of the tumbler, its vertical axis following the drinkware silhouette so the halo lands at eye level and the type anchors the lower third. Wide negative space at the sides lets the graphic wrap without crowding, and the warm gold linework echoes the metallic-look rim, base and handle framing the panel. Medium statement level: quiet on a desk, deliberate in hand.
