Design Story

The focal panel is a three-quarter portrait in profile, horned helmet rendered in fine gold linework, gaze lowered and unreadable. Behind it, a circular ring of rune-style characters wraps the head like a halo, dissolved into soft chartreuse haze that bleeds outward across the wrap. Lower down, gold shoulder detailing and a medallion-like disc anchor the composition. Beneath that, generous negative space carries two lines of thin, wide-tracked type — LOKI above, GOD OF MISCHIEF below — with a small geometric emblem near the base. Layered, tonal, and disciplined: two colours doing all the work, deep green against warm gold.

Use & Experience

The vertical proportion of the tumbler suits the portrait's tall crop; the graphic sits high in the front-facing zone, so the face reads at conversation distance while the typography holds the quieter lower third. The handle sits clear of the artwork, keeping the focal panel uninterrupted from any angle you set it down at. Understated enough for a desk, directional enough to be the accessory people comment on.
