Design Story

The visual anchor is a crowned shield holding a gold lion's head, framed by a radiating mane rendered in pale stone-like facets. Above it, arched banner type reads ORLANDO CITY in silver-white lettering; the shield repeats the wording in smaller caps beneath the crest. The lower register shifts to a skyline vignette with a fountain, flanked by palm motifs, footballs and small lion masks, closing on scroll banners reading Orlando, 2010 and The Lions — badge-style wording, decorative rather than declarative. Faux-gemstone dots and scrollwork fill the remaining ground, making this a fully maximalist, layered composition with almost no negative space.

Use & Experience

The wraparound artwork stacks in clear tiers: banner type at the shoulder, crest at eye level, city scene at the base, so the graphic scale stays legible from across a room. The purple handle and gold rim band extend the palette outward, giving the tumbler real carry presence as a bold graphic accessory rather than a plain vessel.
