Design Story

The visual anchor is the grinning horse mascot in a numbered crimson jersey, arms relaxed, football tucked at the hip — friendly confidence rather than aggression. Below it, the interlocking OU monogram sits dead center as the strongest distance read, framed by an arched OKLAHOMA banner and a foam finger. Supporting motifs fill the rest: a helmet, pennants reading BOOMER SOONER, and a carved-looking campus building above a plaque that says THERE'S ONLY ONE OKLAHOMA. Everything is built from a sculpted, layered relief look in crimson and cream, with tiny rounded clusters filling the gaps. It's maximalist, but hierarchy keeps it readable.

The vertical proportion does the heavy lifting: mascot up top, monogram at the waist, architecture at the base, so the composition reads cleanly from top to bottom on the tumbler silhouette.
