A cartographic layout built for the floor: one central medallion, four calm corners, and everything else arranged like an illustrated map you can walk around.
Design Story
The straw hat sits dead centre inside a navy-and-gold compass rose marked N, E, S, W, its warm ochre weave reading as the single strongest colour block from across the room. Supporting motifs orbit it at a smaller scale: a pirate ship on stylised waves, a wicker picnic basket, treasure chest, coconut drink, palm island and a chibi Nico Robin seated on a blue gingham mat with a relaxed, smiling expression. Cream ground keeps the negative space generous. A deep blue border with rope and shell detailing, anchor cartouches at the corners and skull emblems at the midpoints closes the composition like a framed chart.
Room & Styling
Centred hierarchy makes this a room anchor rather than a pattern filler. Placed open, the medallion stays legible; slide a low table over it and the border motifs still carry the edge. The blue frame draws a clean visual footprint against pale or wooden floors.
